Yes this hose reel is sturdy.
But it states "Holds up to 200 feet of hose"
Not a chance.
AT MOST THIS REEL WILL HOLD:
75 feet of 5/8" inside diameter hose
OR
100 feet of 1/2" inside diameter hose.
The width of the reel is only 7 inches.
The reel's diameter is 18 inches with a 7 inch inner hub where no hose is stored.
You are left with a pretty small volume of reel on which to store hose.
There is NO WAY to get 200 feet on that reel unless your hose really really small...
(I have not seen garden hose small enough that 200 feet would fit on this reel.)
So it gets 2 stars.
One star for being sturdy...
One star for being easy to assemble...
And for lying about how much hose will fit on this reel.
No more stars.
