"Don't believe the hype" After reading reviews on this product on the manufacturers website I decided to purchase one for me and one for my wife.. upon arrival without even opening the box I could smell an odor like paint...I put the pillow out in the pool-room to air out for a week and it still smells..so I read the label on the pillow and it does not say 100% pure latex...and to top it all off it is made in China....Made in China!!! Sorry pillow not worth the money! As far as delivery and customer service at Amazon....Awesome job!!! Don't waste your $$$$
