Customer Review: Beware Quality Control!!

This is my first written review of an item sold by Amazon. My issue with this item was quality control. It was the easy enough to put together but the groove on one of the side pane did not line up properly with the other side and the bottom of the unit. Because of this, I had to cut off some of the top of the back panel since it would not sit flush on the unit. Before doing this I tried the 1-800 number on the sheet provided but kept getting a "busy circuit" message. It wasn't worth sending back; too much hassle and it cost 20 bucks. After being frustrated with having to dig through the closet everytime I needed a new roll of toilet paper (and at the most unconvenient of times!) I found this item. I love it! It sits in the corner out of the way, was easy to put together and doubles as a holder for my pop up tissue box! Nice little cabinet, perfect for some toilet paper and tissues. I actually use mine as a little stand for my hand towel holder in my tight bathroom. The cabinet is easy to put together. It's a little shaky when you first put it together, but don't get nervous - once it sits and the glue dries overnight, it becomes more sturdy.

It arrived within a few days, was set up in minutes by my husband and has been quietly doing its job since (about 3 months).
