Don't get fooled by the looks...the knob looks like a scoring tool...but it's not...it's a scam...they advertise this as Wallpaper Remover and Wall Scraper Tool...wanting to make you believe that it has a scoring tool built in...but when you open the package all you really get is a wall scraper...I'm never going to buy any Zinsser product...their DIF product is also another fine example of a useless product...using DIF and this scraper tool was quite a horrid experience...I wasn't able to get the wallpaper border completely out in spite of scraping really hard...and even with two coats of paint the residual wall paper is still visible in some areas.
