Ok, well this is my first time writing a review and just let me say, WOW! I'm a single mother of two and it has resulted in me buying everything on the internets. Recently my youngest went in for a check-up and for it, the doctors required a standard fecal fat analysis. Being so busy at work, the kids having school, and really not having much time on my hands overall. These bags worked wonders and preserved the stool like you wouldn't even believe! I mean we're talking about a good 4 to 5 hours here, it would hold without any seepage of smell or fluids. I would just pack my son's sandwiches in the baggies for school and after he was done eating the sandwiches at lunchtime, he could use it to do his business in it and pack snugly back into his backpack to bring home. VOILA! Because of the bags size he said he hasn't had any mishaps (missed the bag) yet! Also on a side note even the little box that these little baggies come in came in handy too. I just started renting this house and it came with a little cat door, which was always open because the door was missing on it. Long story short we had problems with stray cats for a while (trash can Larry~ leader of the strays is what we called him) kept coming in and drinking all the Palmolive. I tried using the bags but a few of the animals got trapped and suffocated. So I Tried the box and it fit perfectly! You really can't go wrong with these bags.
