Good product for locating wall studs. 90%+ accurate, every now & then product points to a stud that's not there, but it's better than nothing. Complicated method for locating metal, but again better than nothing. Instructional DVD was not very good. Looking for studs to mount a TV in newly constructed condo with thin drywall. This scanner missed more studs than it found, it performed no better than my old $20 scanner. My six year old son has a blast with it now, it's in HIS toolbox where it belongs.Customer Review: Excellent Stud Finder

The Zircon i700 Onestep is the best stud finder I have ever had. It does everything as advertised. I am really impressed with this unit. While I was locating a stud in a wall that I did not think had an AC line in it, the stud finder warned me that there was in fact an AC line present.
