Tools and Hardware Reviews of Zojila 'Rohan' Dish Rack Drainer Utensil holder and Drain board, Stainless Steel Self Draining

Customer Review: Great Company
Summary: 5 Stars

I've been using this dishrack for quite some time, and all I can say is that it is a great product. People actually comment on how good it looks. I liked the rack so much I ordered every other product that Zolija offers. The customer service is superb as well. They actually sent me small parts upgrades, free of charge, over a year after I made the purchase. How many companies are willing to do that?

Customer Review: Great Customer Service
Summary: 5 Stars

I agree with all the other reviewers. The dish rack is functional and looks nice! Another thing I'm impressed with is the great customer service. My dish rack set came with a broken utensil holder so I e-mailed Zojila. Their response was very quick and sent me a free replacement on the following day. Thank you for this dish rack, now I enjoy washing dishes more.

Customer Review: Great Design, Mediocre Construction, Works Well
Summary: 4 Stars

Aesthetics: The welding is not of the best craftsmanship. There are various bumps from excess metal at the joints of the bars. Of interest, sharp, jagged edges surround the four ports on the tray where the balls of the rack fit in. The unit is made in China, not sure if that's a factor. Meticulous construction is expected from a $70 rack; the result here is rather disappointing. The legs of the tray could be lowered because the rack stands at two inches above ground at its apex. The metal has a silver sheen and is much brighter than it is pictured here. The silverwares basket definitely appears to be an afterthought, looking rather ill-match with the rest of the rack. Nonetheless, I concur with most of the reviews here praising the considerable thoughts and creativity channeled into this humble dish rack. I especially commend these features: the precision slope of the tray to direct excess water, the sweeping wing of the dish holder and the unit's graceful, pleasing overall façade at all angles.

Function: The rack holds plates exceptionally well but has troubles with smaller bowls (e.g. 5" in diameter and 2" in height), which can fall out from any of the four sides. An extra metal bar running across the opening could have remedied the problem. Anticipate some trials and errors to get used to the open design. The rack can definitely hold larger bowls and even a 20" frying pan if they are stacked properly. The rack is easy to clean using a wet sponge or towel, better than any plastic tray. I did not experience the same problems as some of the others with silverwares (e.g. small yogurt spoons) falling out of the basket, which in spite of its unattractive appearance serves its purpose very well.

Overall: The market for quality metal dish rack is underserved but this one is indeed a great start. The design concept is exceptional. However, I wish the manufacturer would have better oversight in its construction.

Customer Review: Great product and even better customer service
Summary: 5 Stars

First off, let's talk about the most important aspect: is it any good? Well, frankly, yes, it's great, both design-wise (look stylish), quality-wise (it's well-made) and practicality-wise (it firmly holds plates in place, has adequate space for glasses, cups, etc., and drains as it promises to). I decided to buy this particular rack because I have a small kitchen and the drainer area next to the sink is too small for pots, pans and plates, etc. With this product, I can place this to the other side of my sink and the water drains away without messing up my sideboards and gives me double the space to dry stuff...Presto!
Secondly, I really should mention Rony at Zojila whose customer service was exceptional. I live in the UK and the first attempt to deliver the package was foiled by the US Potal Service who didn't put it on the plane and sent it back to Zojila. Rony dutifully traipsed again back to the post office to resend through no fault of his own. When I eventually received the package (thanks USPS, yes, "on the plane, there's a clever boy") an item was missing. Rony immediately responded to my concerned email and assured me that a replacement would immediately be sent. Sure enough, I received it (without USPS delay this time!) in good time and safely packaged.
A pleasure to deal with and a fantastic product...I hope the company does well and I would recommend this drainer to anyone.

Customer Review: Great product!
Summary: 5 Stars

Absolutely the best money I have spent in a while! Great product. Very sturdy. It holds all of my dishes and pans without fear of tipping over like the plastic ones. Cleans up great too. I had planned on putting it away when not in use but since it cleans up so nicely, now I just let it sit on the counter. I definately wouldn't do that with one of those plastic ones.
