It's okay, but I'm fearful of loading more than 20lbs in it. It tips easily while toting only 10-15lbs. The retractable handle is REALLY rickety, it feels like it may snap off at any time. Wish I paid more for a better, more sturdy model.Customer Review: One of the Best Items to Own

I bought this cart to replace one I had for over 5 years. It is one of my best purchases. I keep it in my car so I can get groceries from my garage up to my apartment. I also use it in the summer to take supplies from my apartment to the pool rather than carrying a cooler, floats and various other items I and my granddaughter need. I have to say that this one is slightly smaller than the original one I had, but I highly recommend it. It folds flat and takes up very little room.Customer Review: Perfect!

I ordered this May 2010. Two weeks ago the bottom hinge broke. Past the 30 day return of course. It sorta still works but it doesn't hold the 80 lbs. it claims. After the bottom hinge broke I still used it. I put about 40 lbs in it and the bottom fell out. Worthless. Don't waste your money.
