I purchased the battery pack from UltraSonic on Amazon when my Roomba's original 2 year old battery finally gave out. I didn't want to pay the price on the irobot site and the local battery store wanted $20 more. After installing and long charging this battery pack, my Roomba is back to doing three to four rooms without a break and connecting strongly with the lighthouses (both as a wall and lighthouse). The battery has been working fine for three months. It's good to have the old Roomba back.Customer Review: Better than the one you have

If you're still using the battery that came with your Roomba, this one's better. Put simply, it lasts much, much longer than the stock battery, which lets the Roomba work longer, which means your floors are cleaner. I have a very large space - my kitchen, entryway, living room, and dining room are essentially one large space, over 25' by 35' with an additional 15' hallway and this battery lets the Roomba handle the whole thing just fine. If I bought another Roomba today, I'd be tempted to put its battery on the shelf as backup and order one of these right off.Customer Review: Buy from Amazon
