Customer Review: 2 yrs now it Sucks - only uses certain liquid Soaps

I've had this item for over 2 yrs and was happy the first 1 1/2 yrs then it started to give me problem. Then it would only accept certain soaps that are more liquidy, more like waterdown. Not your normal CVS refiller would do or your safeway brand. I've even tried Dial refiller. The thing works great for the first 1 1/2 yrs but then it sucks, now just keeping the lid open and pouring it out. The old fashion way works. This item sucks and I wouldn't buy another one of these products from this company. Bought it at Bed Bath and Beyond.
