This is an amazing creation! I am trying to become "green" and use Method soap, but touching the soap dispenser still made me feel dirty, so I begged and pleaded with my Mom until she bought me one, and I just called her to tell her I'd like TWO more for Christmas! This may cost a pretty penny, but it is SO worth it!Customer Review: Amazon has great Customer Service.

The Sensor Pump does not work the way you think it should work. I had to return the first one, because it clogged up and even when soap did come out, it was a small trickle. I'm having the same problems with the second one they sent me. They will not issue me a refund, only a merchandise credit because I purchased it on Amazon and not from them directly. But I have no faith in their products, so I'm stuck with the cost. I've already thrown it out. It has no use.Customer Review: Awesome Product!

I love this product!! Most importantly though, you cannot use cheap liquid soap or it will not dispense enough soap. I use Soft Soap (clear), and I've never had a problem. My aunt used some cheap stuff, Albertson's brand, and she had trouble getting the right quantity of soap to dispense. I'd highly recommend this dispenser to anyone!Customer Review: Awesome product !!!

I have been looking for touchless sanitizer dispenser for a while and wasn't able to decide which one to go for. i was pretty afraid to order this product after reading some bad reviews. But, as someone said already that probably simplehuman must have looked into complains and fixed the issue. My product came with easy to follow instructions and it clearly said to release the notch to release the vaccum at the tip of soap disp. Mine has been working wonderfully, the only downside i thought was the battery runs out faster than i expected. But, all in all its a great product for the money. Will buy again more of these in future. Will for sure recommend to a friend.
