This dish rack is one of the best options out there in terms of design. It will allow you to place about everything on it securely. Glass holders can be pulled down or up and so can the wire dividers inside it. It comes with leg extensions for some of the newer kitchen sinks. I don't like using the dishwasher because I only use it when it is full and with only the two of us living here we don't fill it that often. So I hand wash the dishes every day. This dish rack is wonderful! It drains well into the sink. You can put quite a few dishes in it without it "tipping over" like some dish racks I have owned. I like the special knife slots because I have some very sharp knives and putting them in the slots makes alot of sense. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who washes dishes alot. However, it is quite large so be sure you measure your countertop first before you buy it.Customer Review: Do not order directly from Simple Human

Poor quality, very expensive, very difficult to return if you've ordered directly from Simple Human. The bamboo knife block looks nice but if your trying to put anything bigger than a paring knife in there good luck, it's too short. The lower rack is cheaply made and it wont hold very many dishes. The drain director is cool and may be the only worth while feature on the rack. If you order it from Simple Human watch out. They wont accept a return because you think it's over priced and not well made. So much for "satisfaction guaranteed" It will cost nearly $30 to ship it back. You can get a shipping label from them if you exchange it for something else but you have to buy the new item and supposedly will be refunded the exchange item when it ships back, 2 1/2 weeks now and I've seen no refund.Customer Review: Doesn't work for corner sinks

I did quite a lot of research into dish racks for my brand new kitchen, and finally decided on this one which arrived yesterday.
Unfortunately though it's going back. It doesn't work for me for two reasons:
- The spout that is supposed to drain into the sink rotates but due to the corner mounting of my sink, I cannot get the rack near enough to the sink for the spout to flow in without the corner of the rack falling into the sink. There is just no configuration that works.
- This is quite a big contraption. The amount of counter space it takes up is OK, because I would have been using it for non-dishwasher pots and pans, but it is quite tall. If it is going to sit under cabinets it will feel huge and rather imposing.
I put it in place and every time I walked into the kitchen it just looked sooo wrong. I am sure it works really well in some kitchens so although I am returning it I didn't want to give it a one star rating. It just doesn't work for my kitchen.
